Hello
to all you who read this blog.
I am still thinking, composing and
writing poetry however I am realising sticking to this one narrow
form of creative expression is stunting my ability to share so many
beautiful aspects of the life I enjoy so much here in Cornwall.
I
will begin with a photo which was taken within 50 metres from here in Back Lane.

Your photos are a wonderful addition to your poetry. I'll enjoy seeing Cornwall in a new way.
How simply beautiful. And that is a fox glove in the middle isn't it?
Though mind you, I also love your poetry. Your blog, you do whatever you would like...
Lovely photo. Good idea to branch (!)out!
I am glad that the plant-life on this planet is predominantly green. How odd it would look to our eyes if it were taupe or mauve or sky-blue.
Rock on, Missus!
Jenny: Thank you for your nice words.
The Elephant's Child: Yes that is a foxglove, thank you for your encouraging words.
The Owl Wood: On reflection I too am so glad that we live on green planet.
Yvonne: Thanks, I will be branching out in all directions.
You sure have a lovely view outside your window.
Looks very springy

Such alternative images will certainly complement your blog Claire and it will be nice to see what you see.
Lovely new layout of the blog as well.
Loving your new blog format, Claire! This picture is so cool. Thank you for sharing your poetry--and expanding by showing other parts of your beautiful world, too.

upwoods: Delighted you like the new layout and I will be pleased to show you Cornwall not the touristy bits so that you can see my bit of England.
That beautiful English scenery, I do miss those greens sometimes. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your area!
Al: England certainly is green and Cornwall a combination of many greens and beautiful places, I will place many more photos in future posts.
It's beautiful. Looking forward to more photos - and poetry, of course.
Welshcakes: Glad you liked the photos, these and lots of poetry to come.
I like the way the sunlight is streaming into the photo. It looks just like places I know in New England!
